07 February 2013 1st Hour Technology Warmup
Apple has designed a new screw for all of it's products. Check it out.
Check out the threads. It is 100% unique. Anyone wishing to work on an Apple product will need to purchase a special screwdriver that costs $1895. In three complete sentences, tell me what you think about this new product.

I think its dumb. If i were to fix my apple product because it was broken, i would find another resource. I would not buy this screwdriver. I think Apple is trying to more and more money out of peoples pockets.

I think that this screw is stupid. I think it is a huge ripoff. So, the MacBook's, would they need a screw. Because if High School says that i need to buy a screw for the MacBook, then i am not buying one. Simple as that.

I think this invention is a pretty cool invention. Its pretty cool to know Apple has invented a new product. Although the price of the screwdriver needed to insert this screw is quit a lot of money.

i think its pretty stupid, because who would spend that much money on a screwdriver you would more than likely only use once.

i think this is a very unique idea because your not having so much of the same of everything. but the price of the screw driver is awfully way to much money. but beside the whole cost of the screw driver its a pretty good idea.

I think that that is horrible who would honestly go and buy a screw driver that is over 1000 dollars I would find another way to fix it or just get another laptop.

I think apple should take a break with coming up with new things, they are trying way to hard. Who would buy a special screwdriver that costs that much? I wouldn't.

I think this screwdriver is a complete rip off i mean it would be helpful if you NEED to take apart your iphone,ipod,ipad or macbook but why do that when you can take it to an apple store you could put it together wrong!!

I dont like apple. I think that all their products are crap. If you want something like an IPOD, but has a bigger screen, more memory, and better sound quality, get a zoon.

I think that it is cool. No one besides the person who makes them can take them apart and use its insides to make something else. But I think that $1895 is to much money for a screwdriver.

What i thank is that is crazy $1985 i would make a droid the battery life is a lot better any.A few screws will cost as a new phone would i dont like that at all.And y did we have to talk about this any why.

I think it is stupid that they need to have a unique screw for there products. Also I don't think making people buy a specific screwdriver help anything at all. Lastly why does it mater if the screw is different.

What I think about Apples' new product is that they are putting there time & money in to a screw when they can be making a new invention bigger & better. Then a screw that cost $1895! That's like way too much for a little screw.
