    3. Rabies is a fatal disease that is caused by a virus transmitted from animals to humans. Most of the time it is spread through an animal's infected saliva entering the bloodstream of a human host. The saliva can enter the bloodstream through a bite or a scratch.

Early symptoms of rabies in humans are similar to the flu, with fever and fatigue. The rabies virus then damages the central nervous and respiratory systems. The final stages may include paralysis or hyperactivity and then coma and death.

Facts about rabies are one; it's a virus that can be transferred from animal to human from contact like being bit or scratched by a rabid animal, so feed you're animals inside because feeding them outside attracts animals. A second way to prevent rabies is to avoid animals that are showing unnatural behavior, animals tend to stay away from or are kind to people. Lastly don't handle wild life, dead or alive. Although the virus won't survive very long in dead animals, you should wear moisture-proof gloves before picking them up. These facts and tips about rabies should help people prevent the risk of rabies.
