19-20 September 2012 6th Grade Technology Scavenger Hunt

We will be completing a Scavenger Hunt to familiarize ourselves with the Microsoft Office Suite.  Each part of the hunt works with a different part of Microsoft Office.  You must have all parts of the hunt to receive your points for this project.

1.  Microsoft Word
-Type the posted instructions using correct spelling, grammar, and punctation.
-Type your name.
-Find Ms. Maestas' Welcome Letter on the internet.
-Post the letter in the word document.
-Type 3 sentences in a paragraph format on your opinion of the letter.
-Format the letter and your opinion to be in two separate columns.
-The font must be 12 points.

2.  Microsoft Excel
-List Teachers, Support Staff, and Students
-Find the number of teachers in the school.
-Find the number of support staff in the school.
-Find the number of students in class today.
-Post in Excel.
-Average.
-Complete graph of chart of your choice.

3.  Save progress to Odin.
