Organization This is a great website because it has 27 great tips to help you stay organized. I learned from this site that a great tip for organization is tip number 9 which is find a good place for everything. I also learned that if you throw all your trash in your locker boy will it be messy and stink!

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110903113041AAyAwl1 If you have a 3" binder then get - Pocket portfolios and label/color code them with the classes they are used for. - Buy a pencil pouch because it doesn't take a lot of space and they look elegant with a binder. - Put your finished homework at the back pocket of your binder and your homework to do now on the front pocket. - Buy a planner, or a simple calendar to schedule your projects and when their due. - Buy sheet protectors for very important stuff. - Put extra stuff that you need/just carry around on your small pockets. Put your mini-handbooks(if necessary) on the medium pocket along with a plastic ruler(to see the the paper the ruler was covering), glue, mini stapler, extra pens, colored pencils, small scissors, pencil sharpener with cap, post it notes. - Hold a few of your books and put the lighter ones in your backpack(because it's not good for a 6th grader to be carrying a lot on their shoulders). - For your pencil pouch, I suggest that you buy latex free erasers(or just pink erasers because most schools demand that), 2 black pens, 2 dark blue pens, 2 red pens(for correction), #2 pencils, mechanical pencils(if you want, I love them <3), lead, some teachers want you to bring a flash drive( so maybe but don't buy one until they ask), highlighters, and post it flags. - 1-2 Composition books, 1-3 spiral books(for math/English put multi subject
