The filter I used on my picture was neon. It made my body black. It made my headband red and green. It also made the stripes on my jacket red and green.
Mikayla A. 3rd When i was on gimp and i had to open a fliter. I used artics and i also used cartoon so it made it look darker and a little bit blurry and there were some darker lines that made it look cool .
I did the Neon Filter and it turned my body and background colorful. It also made my body bright like a camera flash. The Neon Filter also turned my red shirt into a mixture of blue, yellow, and black.
I altered the image by using the smudge filter. It changed it by his face being a blur. I also could change the way his faced looked. I could change his horse as well.
